Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to applications for, and participation in, the 90-day internship programme run by AlgoProfessor AI R&D Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("AlgoProfessor", "we"), offered through www.algoprofessor.com. By submitting an application or paying a fee you accept these terms.

1. Programme and eligibility

The programme is open to B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D. and post-doctoral applicants and working professionals resident in India, the United States or Canada. Three models are offered: fee-based, paid (stipend) and university or company sponsored. Details of each are on the internships page.

2. Selection fee

Student applicants pay a one-time selection fee of ₹2,000 (applicants in India) or US$100 (applicants in the USA and Canada) when they submit the form. The fee covers screening, the coding test and the interview. Sponsored cohorts pay no selection fee.

If you are not selected, we ship you the AlgoProfessor Agentic AI book (hard copy, worth ₹10,000) at no extra cost, as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Programme fee and stipend

The fee-based internship costs ₹2,00,000 (India) or US$2,500 (USA and Canada) for 3 months, payable after selection under the terms of your offer letter. The selection fee is separate from the programme fee. Stipends for the paid internship are stated in the offer letter.

4. Selection

Selection is at AlgoProfessor's sole discretion, based on the screening, coding test and interview. Paying the selection fee does not guarantee selection, a stipend, a certificate or placement.

5. Payments

Payments are made either through Razorpay Software Private Limited or by direct UPI transfer to the UPI QR shown on the application form (applicants in India). UPI payments are confirmed after we verify the UTR (transaction reference) you enter. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. Prices are shown in Indian rupees or US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction charges.

6. Conduct and daily submissions

Interns must push code and documentation to their internship GitHub repository by 5:00 PM each day and follow mentor instructions. Plagiarism, sharing assessment material or abusive conduct may lead to removal from the programme without refund.

7. Work, repositories and certificates

You keep ownership of the code you write in your public repository. You allow AlgoProfessor to link to it and show it, with your name, as an example of programme work. Certificates are issued according to the published grading scheme and can be verified by emailing cto@algoprofessor.com with the reference number.

8. Liability

The programme is provided for education and skills development. To the extent permitted by law, AlgoProfessor's total liability for any claim relating to an application is limited to the fees you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
