Shipping and Delivery Policy

AlgoProfessor AI R&D Solutions delivers its internship programme online and from Hyderabad; no physical goods are shipped for the programme itself. The only item we ship is the AlgoProfessor Agentic AI book (hard copy, worth ₹10,000), sent free to applicants who paid the selection fee and were not selected.

1. Where we ship

India, the United States and Canada, to the delivery address entered in the application form.

2. When we ship

We dispatch the book within 15 working days of emailing you the selection result. You receive the courier name and tracking number by email.

3. Delivery time

• India: usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• USA and Canada: usually 10–21 working days after dispatch.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes or natural events are outside our control.

4. Cost

Shipping is free. For the USA and Canada, any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is paid by the recipient.

5. Address changes and failed delivery

Email changes to cto@algoprofessor.com before dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we re-send it once free of charge after you confirm the correct address.

6. Damaged or missing books

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if damaged, and we will replace the book.
