Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AlgoProfessor AI R&D Solutions handles personal data submitted through www.algoprofessor.com, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

Name, email, phone, city, education details, GitHub and LinkedIn links, delivery address, country, and anything you write in the message box. For sponsored enquiries: organisation, designation and cohort details. For payments we receive the Razorpay order and payment IDs, amount and status.

We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or CVV. These are handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited under its own privacy policy.

2. Why we use it

• To assess your application and run the selection process.
• To send receipts, results and programme communication.
• To ship the Agentic AI book if you are not selected.
• To meet accounting and legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Only Razorpay (payments), our email provider (sending emails) and a courier (name, phone and address, only for book delivery). We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Application data is kept for up to 3 years after your batch ends. Payment records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

The internships page does not set advertising cookies. The Razorpay payment window may use cookies needed to process your payment securely.
